This year I promised myself that I would eat healthier SNACKS to take care of my body and skin. Here are some creative fruit recipes that I believe are easy to make and I will most likely try for myself:Citrus-Infused Strawberries

Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier, or other orange liqueur
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation:
- Combine strawberries, sugar, Grand Marnier (or other orange liqueur) and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Let stand, stirring once or twice, until the strawberries release their juice, about 10 minutes.
Pineapple-Rasberry Parfits

4 Parfita
Ingredients:
- 2 8-ounce containers (2 cups) nonfat peach yogurt
- 1/2 pint fresh raspberries, (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh, frozen or canned pineapple chunks
Preparation:
- Divide and layer yogurt, raspberries and pineapple into 4 glasses.
Chocolate and Bananas

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 banana, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon nonfat vanilla yogurt
Preparation:
- Melt chocolate chips in a small bowl in the microwave. Top banana slices with the chocolate and yogurt.

Ingredients:
- 4 navel oranges
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation:
- With a sharp knife, remove rind and white pith from oranges. Cut each into 5 or 6 slices and arrange on 4 plates. Whisk together orange juice and lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Spoon over the orange slices.
