I am in L-O-V-E with Red Velvet cake so I thought I'd give it a go at making myself a red velvet cocktail.
You'll need:
1 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
1 1/12 teaspoons Lorann's Red Velvet Baking Emulsion
Cream Cheese or vanilla frosting
Sprinkles
Shot glasses
Shaker
Ice
Lightly rim your shot glasses with your frosting and sprinkles and set to the side.
In a bowl pour the Bailey's Irish Cream then add the red velvet bakery emulsion and stir well. Add ice to your shaker then add the Bailey's and red velvet flavoring mixture to your shaker and shake well. Pour the mixture into your shot glasses and viola! Red Velvet Shooters!
