{Spa/Soap Loofah Cupcakes}

10:57 PM

Well how are you? Me, I'm well! I saw this adorable idea that I just had to try. I made soap party favors for my sister's baby shower a few years ago and had some soap left over so what did I do? Yes I made cupcakes! You heard right cupcakes! Not the edible kind though. These are for taking a relaxing bubble bath with a glass of wine type of cupcakes.

Easy and very fun to make, you'll need:
Supplies:
Silicone Cupcake molds:
Cupcake Liners
Cupcake pan
Glycerin Soap (I pirchased mine from Michael's craft store)
Melter (I used the microwave)
Knife to cut the soap and stir (it will turn to liquid once melted)
Eassential oils/fragrance and coloring
Loofahs

Instructions:

Line your cupcake pan with silicone cupcake liners.
Melt your soap, if using the microwave,  melt in 10-15 second intervals
because it will start to boil.
Add a few drops of your oils/fragrance and coloring. I didn't color mine and I used tea tree oil for fragrance.
Pour into your silicone cupcake liners filling almost to the top.
Carefully  place your loofahs in the melted soap.
Let cool for a while.
Remove the silicone liner and pop into a decorative paper cupcake wrapper.

TADA! You've made Loofah cupcakes!

Here are some of my photos.
